At it’s most basic, self-care is caring for oneself.
It’s making sure that you’re caring for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Which is actually quite hard to do.
Especially with increasing expectations (from others and ourselves) and demands on our time.
There is always going to be a hundred things that you really should get done today.
If your to-do list is anything like mine, it’s never ending.
But is it all really that important? Sure, there are definitely consequences of not getting some things completed.
